Sabah Travel Guide

Why do visitors come to East Malaysia and the province of Sabah? No doubt. The reason can be find in the flora and fauna of this region. Just offshore from the capital, Kota Kinabalu, the huge Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park (4929 hectares) is made up of the islands of Gaya, Mamutik, Manukan, Sapi and Sulug. The islands have some of the best beaches in Borneo and wildlife varies from monkeys and bearded pigs to corals and tropical marine life. Furthermore Mount Kinabalu is one of Sabah’s most interesting sights. This mountain is rather easy to climb and allow some great views from the top. Go and see the sunset. Sabah is rugged, rustic and dramatic. Mountain ranges and fertile plains covered in lush forests beckon with the promise of adventure and excitement. Exotic plants and wildlife dwell deep in these forests and in the surrounding waters, a host of equally fascinating creatures takes centre stage.

Like a good book, Sabah reveals itself in one exciting chapter after another. The characters are its people, culture, nature and exotic locations. The plot takes you on a journey of discovery, of life and tribulations of this extraordinary place that some call paradise. We call it home. Let us guide you on a journey of a lifetime to Sabah, the Land Below the Wind.
